A: The purchaser must spend $5 before tax to get one stamp. If the purchaser spends $4.99 or less before tax, they will NOT be eligible for a stamp.

A: Yes, For example: If you spend $10 - $14.99 you will receive two stamps; if you spend $15, you will receive three stamps.
